# Payment Methods

> Manage payment methods and fund your SimpliSent wallet

## Supported Methods

| Method                   | Speed             | Fee                  |
| ------------------------ | ----------------- | -------------------- |
| **Credit or Debit Card** | Instant           | 3.75% processing fee |
| **Bank Account (ACH)**   | 3-5 business days | Free                 |

## Adding a Payment Method

1. Go to **Settings > Billing > Wallet**
2. Click **Setup Wallet**
3. Select **Add Payment Method**
4. Enter card or bank details and confirm

## Auto-Funding

Set up automatic wallet reloads so you never run out of funds:

1. Go to **Settings > Billing**
2. Open **Wallet Settings**
3. Click **Adjust Settings**
4. Set your trigger threshold (when to reload) and reload amount (how much to add)

## One-Time Funding

Add funds manually:

1. Go to **Billing > Add Funds**
2. Select **One-Time Funding**
3. Choose your payment method and amount
4. Click **Checkout**

Card payments appear instantly. Bank transfers take 3-5 business days.

### Rules

* The top-up amount must exceed your current balance
* You cannot fund while a bank transfer is pending
* Wait at least 5 minutes before retrying a failed payment
* Maximum single transaction: **\$100,000**
