# Refunds

> Request a refund of your unused wallet balance

## Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

* Your account is in good standing (no outstanding disputes or charges)
* You have no pending or active shipments tied to the balance
* The funds are unused and available in your wallet

## How to Request

1. Email [support@simplisent.com](mailto:support@simplisent.com)
2. Include your account email, the refund amount (partial or full), and any relevant transaction details

Our team will verify your account and process the refund through EasyPost.

## Processing

| Step               | Timeline                                           |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Review**         | 3-5 business days                                  |
| **Funds returned** | 5-10 business days to your original payment method |

## Restrictions

* Refunds cannot be processed while shipments are in transit
* Carrier or billing holds may delay processing
* Refunds are returned to the original card or bank account only
