# Shipping Representative

> Set up your shipping representative for customs and international shipments

## What is a Shipping Representative?

The person or business responsible for a shipment. This information is required on customs forms, and some carriers will not process international shipments without it.

## How to Set Up

1. Go to **Settings > Account Settings > Shipping Representative**
2. Enter the required details:
   * Business name
   * Full legal name
   * Phone number and email
   * Street address, city, state, ZIP, country
   * Tax or identification numbers (if applicable)
3. Save

## Why It Matters

* Required for customs clearance on international shipments
* Ensures carrier compliance
* Reduces processing delays

You can update your shipping representative details at any time from **Settings > Account Settings > Shipping Representative**.
