# Void a Shipping Label

> Cancel unused shipping labels and get refunded to your wallet

## What Voiding Does

* Cancels the shipping transaction
* Invalidates the tracking number
* Requests a refund from the carrier (if eligible)
* Refunds the amount to your wallet

## Eligibility

A label can be voided if it has not been scanned by the carrier. The carrier may still reject the refund if the label is no longer eligible.

  Once a label has been scanned by the carrier, it cannot be voided.

## How to Void

1. Go to **Labels** in the sidebar
2. Find the label you want to void
3. Click the **three dots** under Actions
4. Select **Void Label**
5. Review the eligibility message and confirm

If the label is not eligible, you'll see a message explaining why.

## Refunds

* All refunds go to your **wallet**
* Typically processed within minutes, but can take up to 24 hours
* Wallet funds can be used for future label purchases

## Tips

* Void unused labels as soon as you know they won't be used
* Double-check addresses and package details before purchasing to avoid unnecessary voids
* On busy shipping days, review your Labels list at end of day for unused labels
