# Saved Addresses

> Save and manage frequently used shipping addresses

## Adding an Address

1. Go to **Settings > Saved Addresses**
2. Click **Add New Address**
3. Enter the details: name, company (optional), street, city, state, ZIP, country, phone (optional)
4. Add a label for quick reference (e.g., "Office", "Warehouse")
5. Click **Save Address**

## Using Saved Addresses

When creating a shipping label, click **Saved Addresses** in the recipient section and select from your list. The address auto-fills into the form.

## Editing and Deleting

* Go to **Settings > Saved Addresses**
* Click **Edit** to update details, or **Delete** to remove an address

SimpliSent validates saved addresses for correct formatting, valid postal codes, and deliverability.
