Key Metrics Cards

The top of your dashboard displays four essential shipping metrics:

Draft Labels

Purple Card - Shows the number of shipping labels created but not yet purchased. These are your pending shipments waiting for rate selection and purchase.

Purchased

Blue Card - Displays labels that have been purchased and are ready to ship. These have tracking numbers assigned but haven’t left your facility yet.

In Transit

Yellow Card - Shows packages currently being delivered by carriers. These shipments are on their way to customers.

Delivered

Green Card - Displays successfully completed deliveries. These represent satisfied customers and completed transactions.
These metrics update in real-time as your shipping status changes, giving you immediate visibility into your fulfillment pipeline.
