Setting Up Pickup Automation

  1. Automation Name
    Give your automation a clear name to identify it in your dashboard.
  2. Automation Type
    Select Schedule Pickup.
  3. Pickup Location
    • Select a saved pickup address
    • Add instructions for the driver (max 500 characters)
    • Optionally add a reference to help identify the pickup
  4. Carrier & Timing
    • Choose your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
    • Set Earliest Time and Latest Time for pickup
    • Enter Days in Advance (1–7) to schedule ahead

Important Notes

  • Pickups will only be created if there are shipments with purchased labels scheduled to ship on that day.
  • Pickups are not created if no eligible shipments exist.
  • SimpliSent selects the cheapest pickup rate by default.
