How It Works
A SCAN Form is automatically generated when you schedule a USPS pickup. There is no separate step to create one.- Select orders with purchased USPS labels from the Orders page
- Click Schedule Pickup and complete the pickup form
- Choose a USPS rate and confirm the pickup
- A SCAN Form is generated automatically for the batch of labels
- Once ready, download the PDF from the pickup confirmation screen or from Manage Pickups
SCAN Form generation may take a moment. If the PDF isn’t available immediately, it will appear in Manage Pickups on your dashboard shortly after.
Downloading a SCAN Form
- After scheduling: If the form is ready, a Download Scan Form button appears on the confirmation screen.
- Later: Open the Pickups card on your dashboard, click to manage pickups, and download the form from any pickup that has one available.
