Steps to Use SCAN Forms

  1. Generate SCAN Form
    • After purchasing labels, go to the SCAN Forms section in your dashboard
    • Select eligible labels (same carrier and ship date)
    • Click Generate SCAN Form
  2. Print the Form
    • Download the PDF
    • Print one copy for each group of shipments
  3. Provide to Carrier
    • Hand the form to the driver at pickup, or
    • Include it when dropping packages at a carrier location

Carrier Support

  • USPS — Full support for daily shipments
  • UPS — Supports consolidated pickup scans
  • FedEx — Supports consolidated pickup scans
Scan Forms can only be generated for labels that share the same carrier and ship date. Labels already scanned individually cannot be added.
