Steps to Use SCAN Forms
- Generate SCAN Form
- After purchasing labels, go to the SCAN Forms section in your dashboard
- Select eligible labels (same carrier and ship date)
- Click Generate SCAN Form
- Print the Form
- Download the PDF
- Print one copy for each group of shipments
- Provide to Carrier
- Hand the form to the driver at pickup, or
- Include it when dropping packages at a carrier location
Carrier Support
- USPS — Full support for daily shipments
- UPS — Supports consolidated pickup scans
- FedEx — Supports consolidated pickup scans
Scan Forms can only be generated for labels that share the same carrier and ship date. Labels already scanned individually cannot be added.
