What This Means

  • You cannot generate return shipping labels for shipments leaving the United States.
  • Customers outside the U.S. must use their own carrier or return method if a product needs to be sent back.

Alternatives

  • Provide customers with your domestic return address so they can arrange shipping.
  • Consider offering refunds without return for low-value items to reduce friction.

We plan to expand international return support in the future. For now, only domestic returns are supported in SimpliSent.
