Steps

Open the Order
- Go to the Orders tab in your dashboard
- Select the order you want to fulfill

Create a Shipping Label
- Review the order details (customer info, address, products, weight)
- Click Create Label
- Choose carrier, service level, and parcel size
- Confirm rates and purchase the label

Schedule Pickup or Drop Off
- Pickup – Schedule a carrier pickup directly from your dashboard
- Drop Off – Print the label and drop the package at your carrier’s location

Track Shipment Status
- Once fulfilled, the order moves from Pending → Processing → Shipped
- Tracking information is automatically updated in the order details
- Customers can be notified through your connected platform (e.g., Shopify)
Best Practices
- Process orders daily to maintain fast delivery times
- Validate addresses before creating labels to avoid returns
- Keep integrations active so fulfillment updates sync back to your store
- Use tags to organize orders by urgency, campaign, or product type
