How to Schedule a Pickup

  1. Select Carrier
    Choose UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Eligible shipments must have purchased labels with a ship date of today or tomorrow.
  2. Enter Pickup Address
    Select a saved address or add a new one.
  3. Add Instructions
    Provide details to help the driver locate and collect your packages (max 500 characters).
  4. Set Reference (Optional)
    Add a reference name or code to help you identify this pickup later.
  5. Choose Pickup Date & Time
    • Select Today or Tomorrow
    • Set your Earliest and Latest pickup times
  6. Generate Rates
    Click Generate Rates to view available pickup options and costs.
  7. Confirm Pickup
    Review details and confirm to schedule your pickup.

Carrier Cutoff Times

Each carrier has cutoff times for when pickup requests can be made:
  • USPS – Same-day pickups must be scheduled before 2:00 AM local time; otherwise, the pickup is scheduled for the next business day.
  • UPS – Requests must be submitted at least 1 business day in advance, typically before 11:59 PM local time the day prior.
  • FedEx – Same-day pickup requests are available until 7:00 PM local time; later requests are scheduled for the following business day.
Cutoff times may vary by location. Always check your generated pickup options for the exact availability shown at scheduling.

Managing Pickups

  • View upcoming and past pickups in the Pickups section
  • Modify or cancel a request before the carrier cutoff time (when supported)
  • Track confirmation and status directly in your dashboard

Tips

  • Use accurate package counts and total weight
  • Provide clear pickup instructions (e.g., loading dock location, building access)
  • Schedule in advance when possible to ensure availability
Pickups will not be created if there are no shipments with purchased labels for the selected date.
