Setting Up Report Automation

  1. Choose Report Type
    Select from available reports: Cash Flow, Shipment, Refund, Insurance, Payment, or Tracker.
  2. Set Date Range
    Define the time period (last 7 days, last 30 days, month to date, etc.). The date range is recalculated each time the automation runs.
  3. Set Frequency
    Choose how often the report runs: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  4. Configure Delivery
    • Reports are emailed automatically to your account
    • Toggle email delivery on or off

  • Cash Flow Reports – Monitor financial performance and shipping costs over time
  • Shipment Reports – Track shipping volume, carriers, and service usage patterns
  • Refund Reports – Monitor return rates and refund processing
  • Insurance Reports – Track insurance claims and coverage costs
  • Payment Reports – Review payment activity and wallet transactions
  • Tracker Reports – Monitor package delivery performance and exceptions

Managing Scheduled Reports

  • View and manage all scheduled reports in your dashboard
  • Edit frequency, date ranges, and delivery settings
  • Pause or resume report generation anytime

File Format

Reports are delivered in CSV format only.
Use scheduled reports to keep finance, operations, and support teams aligned without needing to generate them manually.
