- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Connect your supported account (Shopify with TikTok Shop coming soon)
What Gets Imported
When orders are imported, SimpliSent includes:- Customer Information – Name, shipping address, phone, email
- Order Details – Products, quantities, weight, declared value
- Tags – Automatically applied from Shopify or added manually
Managing Imported Orders
Once imported, orders appear in the Orders tab where you can:- Create Labels – Generate shipping labels directly from an order
- Update Tags – Organize by urgency, campaign, or product type
- Track Status – Pending, Processing, or Shipped
- Use Bulk Tools – Select multiple imported orders to create labels, tag, or delete in batches
Tip: Keep your integration active to ensure new orders sync automatically without needing to re-import.
