Pickup Dashboard

From the Pickups section you can:
  • View scheduled pickups by date and time
  • See completed pickup history
  • Track failed or canceled pickups
  • Review your upcoming pickup schedule

Editing Pickups

You can edit a pickup request before the carrier cutoff time:
  • Change pickup date or time window
  • Update package counts and total weight
  • Add or adjust special instructions for the driver
  • Update contact details for pickup

Canceling Pickups

  • Cancel pickups directly from the dashboard before the carrier cutoff time
  • Refunds for pickup fees (if applicable) follow the carrier’s rules
  • Canceled pickups appear in your history for record-keeping

Bulk Pickup Management

For high-volume shippers:
  • Schedule pickups across multiple locations
  • Apply bulk status updates
  • Cancel multiple pickups at once
  • Set up recurring pickup schedules

Pickups will not occur if there are no shipments with purchased labels scheduled for the pickup date. Always confirm eligibility when creating or editing requests.
