Editing Pickups
You can edit a pickup request before the carrier cutoff time:- Change pickup date or time window
- Update package counts and total weight
- Add or adjust special instructions for the driver
- Update contact details for pickup
Canceling Pickups
- Cancel pickups directly from the dashboard before the carrier cutoff time
- Refunds for pickup fees (if applicable) follow the carrier’s rules
- Canceled pickups appear in your history for record-keeping

For high-volume shippers:- Schedule pickups across multiple locations
- Apply bulk status updates
- Cancel multiple pickups at once

Pickups will not occur if there are no shipments with purchased labels scheduled for the pickup date. Always confirm eligibility when creating or editing requests.
