Adding Orders
From Shopify
Once your Shopify store is connected, orders are imported automatically as they are placed. See Connect Shopify for setup.Manual Creation
- Go to the Orders page and click New Order
- Enter the customer’s name, shipping address, phone, and email
- Add products with quantities, weights, and values
- Save the order
Order Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for a shipping label |
| Processing | Label purchased, not yet picked up by carrier |
| Shipped | Handed off to the carrier and in transit |
Order Actions
From the Orders page or an order’s detail page, you can:- Create Label - generate a shipping label from the order
- Update Tags - organize orders by urgency, type, or campaign
- Delete Order - permanently remove an order
Bulk Tools
Select multiple orders using the checkboxes to create labels in batches, apply tags, or delete in bulk.Fulfilling an Order
- Go to the Orders tab and select the order
- Review the order details (address, products, weight)
- Click Create Label
- Choose a carrier, service level, and parcel size
- Confirm the rate and purchase the label
- Print the label and attach it to the package
- Schedule a pickup or drop the package at a carrier location
