How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
  2. Click Manage Subscription.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Free Plan: At the end of your billing cycle, your account automatically moves to the Free Plan (20 labels/month).
  • Wallet Balance: Any wallet funds remain available for future label purchases.
  • Shipping History: Your past shipments stay in your account; nothing is deleted immediately.
  • Account Deletion: If your account is inactive for 6 months or more, it and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You can also contact us to delete your account at any time.
