How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Free Plan: At the end of your billing cycle, your account automatically moves to the Free Plan (20 labels/month).
- Wallet Balance: Any wallet funds remain available for future label purchases.
- Shipping History: Your past shipments stay in your account; nothing is deleted immediately.
- Account Deletion: If your account is inactive for 6 months or more, it and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You can also contact us to delete your account at any time.
