Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:
  • Your account is in good standing (no outstanding disputes or charges)
  • You have no pending or active shipments tied to the balance
  • The funds are unused and available in your wallet

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at support@simplisent.com
  2. Include:
    • Your SimpliSent account email
    • The refund amount requested (partial or full)
    • Any reference details (e.g., recent transactions)
Our team will verify your account and submit the refund request through EasyPost.

Refund Processing

  • Review Time: 3–5 business days to confirm eligibility
  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days for funds to return to your original payment method
  • Method: Refunds are returned to the card or bank account originally used to fund the wallet

Restrictions

  • Refunds cannot be processed while shipments are still in transit
  • Carrier or billing holds may delay refund processing
  • SimpliSent does not issue refunds by check or alternate methods
