Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:- Your account is in good standing (no outstanding disputes or charges)
- You have no pending or active shipments tied to the balance
- The funds are unused and available in your wallet
How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at support@simplisent.com
- Include:
- Your SimpliSent account email
- The refund amount requested (partial or full)
- Any reference details (e.g., recent transactions)
Refund Processing
- Review Time: 3–5 business days to confirm eligibility
- Processing Time: 5–10 business days for funds to return to your original payment method
- Method: Refunds are returned to the card or bank account originally used to fund the wallet
Restrictions
- Refunds cannot be processed while shipments are still in transit
- Carrier or billing holds may delay refund processing
- SimpliSent does not issue refunds by check or alternate methods
