What the Wallet Covers

Funds are deducted for:
  • Shipping labels (all carriers)
  • Insurance fees
  • Special services and delivery confirmations
  • Return labels

Checking Your Balance

In Settings → Billing → Wallet, you can view:
  • Available Balance – Funds ready to use
  • Pending Transfers – Bank or wire payments still processing
  • Recent Transactions – Label purchases and reloads
  • Low Balance Alerts – Automatic notifications when balance runs low

Funding Options

  • Credit or Debit Card – Instant, with a 3.75% processing fee
  • ACH Bank Transfer – Free, takes 3–5 business days

Auto-Reload Settings

You can adjust this in Wallet Settings:
  • Trigger Threshold – When auto-reload occurs
  • Reload Amount – How much to add each time
  • Default Method – Which card/bank is charged

One-Time Top-ups

You can also manually add funds:
  1. Go to Billing → Add Funds
  2. Choose card or bank transfer
  3. Select an amount
  4. Confirm checkout
Rules:
  • The top-up amount must exceed your current balance
  • You cannot fund while a transfer is pending
  • Wait 5 minutes before retrying a failed payment
  • Maximum single top-up: $100,000
