Supported Payment Methods

  • Credit or Debit Card – Instant transfers with a 3.75% processing fee (best for same-day funding)
  • Bank Account (ACH) – Free transfers, 3–5 business days (recommended for reliability)

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Wallet
  2. Click Setup Wallet
  3. Select Add Payment Method
  4. Enter card or bank details and confirm

Wallet Auto-Funding

You can adjust auto-funding:
  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Open Wallet Settings
  3. Click Adjust Settings
  4. Choose your trigger threshold and reload amount

One-Time Funding

You can also add funds manually:
  1. Navigate to Billing → Add Funds
  2. Select One-Time Funding
  3. Choose your payment method
  4. Pick an amount
  5. Click Checkout
Funds appear instantly for card payments and within 3–5 days for bank transfers.

One-Time Funding Rules

  • The top-up amount must exceed your current balance (e.g., if you have $20.01, you must add more than $20).
  • You cannot fund while a bank transfer is pending.
  • Wait at least 5 minutes before retrying a failed payment.
  • Maximum transaction value: $100,000.
